Attendees: Mr. Charlie Robinson, RCG founder (USA); Capers Lee, Director of the RCG Asia Operations Center; and Zhao Guoqing, head of RCG East China.
The meeting took place at Shendele German Restaurant, on the lakeside in Taicang, Suzhou. Mr. Zhao chose a place that the executives of our Taicang lean clients often visit, which gave the meeting a different flavor.
The meeting reviewed the progress of projects across East China and set the direction, priorities and specific targets for the region in the second half of the year.
We also discussed the difficulties in advancing key client projects, and founder Charlie offered a great deal of valuable advice. He also shared that in developing the lean market, the key is to listen closely to customers’ voices, pin down their pain points, and provide efficient, precise consulting solutions.
The regional board meeting, held every two months, safeguards the effective delivery of RCG’s lean projects and is a brainstorm for RCG’s senior leaders. We hope it sparks more management ideas to meet changing client needs and maximize value.
