Robinson Consulting Group delivers three core consulting services: Lean Manufacturing Consulting, Supplier Lean Development and Smart Factory Consulting — all delivered through the proven formats below.
Through a two-day LEGO simulation game, participants quickly grasp the basic framework of lean, use the corresponding lean tools to make improvements, and achieve strong results within the game.

The assessment examines a plant’s lean level across five dimensions, clearly pointing out where lean improvement needs strengthening. Based on clear scoring criteria, the plant can raise its lean level through simple interpretation of the scores and continuous implementation.

The current-state value stream map visualizes information flow, material flow, and production time and scheduling. From its analysis we establish lean metrics for the client, including delivery time, yield, productivity and safety. On the future-state map we mark the key improvement opportunities, or “waste,” as potential improvement projects.

On-site coaches work with shop-floor management every day. Strategic guidance comes from senior consultants or company directors, who visit monthly to review progress and set short-term tasks so the project moves forward better.

A benchmark company is not necessarily world-class lean across the board; it may be a single workshop or project that is done exceptionally well. Among RCG’s clients we organize cross-visits so that everyone can learn from excellent examples.

RCG has a large library of structured training courses based on the fundamental concepts and tools of lean. All of them combine learning with hands-on activities, rather than simply lecturing on a concept in a lecture hall. Our aim is not only to teach the concept, but also, through train-the-trainer (TTT) methods, to leave participants able to teach others.
