An international consulting team is a hallmark of RCG’s service. Most senior consultants and the management team are direct disciples of US founder Charlie, and learned a great deal from him while carrying out lean projects.
RCG is also an international lean consulting provider. Our clients are concentrated in Asia, mainly in China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia and other countries.
RCG Hong Kong mainly runs our lean consulting business across Asia. Our team comes from all over and serves clients all over. The client’s factory is where we create value, so our team spends more than 80% of its working time at client factories, with the remaining 20% perhaps at our “second office” (such as Starbucks) or on the road. Wherever we are, the first member of every RCG team is always maximizing client value. Client first is RCG’s starting point.
